  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

  • Reporting to Management for work progress
  • Involvement in whole Development Life Cycle
  • Quality Check of the project
  • Responsible for getting business through different channels (Elance, Guru, Odesk, Email Marketing, Etc.) for IT Services.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Understanding the project requirement-Project Analysis and documentation.
  • Knowledge of preparing the business proposal, RFQ, RFI.
  • Explaining work scope of the project.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Well versed with Presentations and Write up functions.
  • Self-Motivated and Diligent in executions.
  • Capable of formulating, delegating and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Aspiring attitude towards organization.
  • Exp. with bidding sites like Elance Guru, Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinate with technical team.
  • Must be able to make proposals and replies to the leads.
  • Must understand the SEO / web services like website /application development and must be able to explain those to the clients.
  • Must have good Marketing skills, Expert in Social Media, Work individually & within team.
  • Actively upgrading knowledgebase trends and share with the team.
  • Should be a good team player and cooperative.
  • Professional approach to the assigned tasks with strict timeline adherence.
