Terms and Conditions :

• We are software service providers and our scope of work is to design and develop an online platform wherein you engage in selling of your products online to the customers. Any issues with regard to quality, price, defect, delivery of products and orders from the online shop are out of our scope. We are not responsible for any financial damages. It is vendors/shop owners responsibility.
• Any issues or complaints on Goods sold without compliance like expired products, restricted items, sales without license is the responsibility of the vendors/shop owners.
• Non usage of online shop i.e. zero transactions for 6 months will result in suspension of the online shop.
• Transaction charges per order are mandatory as according to the package you buy. Any refute from the Vendor/ Shop owner will result in termination of agreement and transactions on the online shop.
• The Payment gateway will be provided by us, Vendors/Shop owners cannot use any other payment gateway for transactions.
• Company owns IPR to its own software with respect to Kart Supermarket and the website platform provided to you by us. It cannot be transferred/licensed to any Vendor/ Shop owner.
• All the Shops are hosted on the domain provided by Destek. Individual hosting will require separate licensing and agreement.
• One time fees is charged for setting up an online shop on our e-platform and mobile app which cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Any customisation with regard to products will attract extra charges.
• We help upload upto 100 products under this given plan. If you require our team to upload more than 100 products additional charges are applicable. This will be communicated by the technical team during on boarding and training.
